The Discussion Rules

On the Obviously.ca Message Boards, we don’t care if you pee in the pool, run with scissors, or take candy from strangers.

But while you are here, we will revoke your posting privileges, delete your account, and possibly limit your access to the site if you:

reveal your real name, phone number, or address.
post sexual solicitations, personal ads, arrangements to meet in person, invitations to “cyber,” or any message with extremely sexual content or links to pornography.
post off-topic content or ‘spam.’ Be aware of the board you’re posting on, and stick to the topic listed at the top.
register with a user name that is offensive.
register more than one account and/or pretend to be more than one person.
post deliberately derogatory, insulting, nonconstructive messages—does that shock you? Then you probably shouldn’t be posting here.
impersonate Obviously.ca staffers.

Obviously.ca reserves the right to remove any posting or any member from the boards and/or block any IP address for any reason.

Obviously.ca is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal information. This Privacy Statement explains the current information management practices on our website.
